This resonates so hard. I've been pushing through the resistance so hard over so many years. It has allowed me to accomplish so much, but the cost has been to learn to completely shut down my own life force. And now, the more I work on myself, the more I struggle to push through if I'm not fully aligned. I'm scared on the one hand but it also makes me feel more alive. Thank you for putting words on something that I was feeling without being able to name.
Powerful and disorienting at the same time! The engineering mindset has been in the background the whole time, even just in terms of my subconscious mapping out and systematizing my spiritual path. Now I’m just letting it come back to the forefront of what I’m doing.
