I have a big announcement.

From March 11th - April 5th, 2024, I’ll be leading a 4-week-long online program called Mastering Desire: Trust Your Inner Compass, Liberate Your Aliveness, and Create the Life You Truly Love.

I’ve been teaching online and in-person ever since my engineering days nearly a decade ago. And this will be the single, most powerful teaching that I’ve ever created.

Desire is life force energy. It’s the compass inside us that points our soul toward what’s actually in alignment. And mastering our relationship to desire is the single, highest leverage investment we can make toward creating the life we truly want.

When we can know, own, and name our desires, we can make powerful decisions and take inspired actions with clarity toward our dreams. When we don’t, we often loop in indecision and uncertainty.

The journey of mastery will require connecting with our innermost desires — what makes us truly alive. It’ll take learning some simple yet powerful somatic tools to break through stuck emotions and limiting beliefs that hold us back. And it’ll challenge us to get proficient at the subtle art of naming and expressing our desires.

Mastering Desire is the culmination of $300K+ invested in my own personal development and 7+ years of working with 20+ master coaches and teachers around the world — from the realms of leadership coaching, emotional resolution, neurolinguistic programming, plant medicine, tantra, sacred sexuality, and more.

It distills and weaves together key teachings on mastering desire into a practical and systematic curriculum that will create felt changes in your life.

Over the course of the program, we’ll cover a powerful and robust framework for cultivating your relationship to desire. In particular:

• We’ll shed the social conditioning and programming that tells us what we should want and get to the core desires that hide underneath.

• We’ll work through the shame, guilt, anger, sadness, and fear that often get us stuck in pursuing what we want — and learn powerful tools for moving through any emotional obstacle.

• We’ll decompose the limiting beliefs holding us back — and learn how to reprogram beliefs and strengthen secure attachment in our nervous system so that we can feel safe and worthy in pursuing our desires.

• We’ll master the art of naming and expressing our desires — in a way that creates connection and increases the chances of getting what we want.

All teachings will be grounded in theory, honed through practice and experimentation, and rooted in the felt sense experience in the body. We will feel the shifts in freedom and empowerment that result from the teachings and see them reflected in our reality.

I’m partnering with my dear friend and master coach, Katara Uychaco, to co-create and co-lead this program. We both transitioned out of tech and engineering careers into this work and bring a high level of rigor and systems-based thinking into what oftentimes can feel like a confusing black box of soft skills.
